1. What Pundit Kings is

Pundit Kings provides football predictions and analysis for information and entertainment. Our content is not financial, investment or betting advice, and nothing on this site is a guarantee of any outcome.

2. Age & eligibility

This site is intended for adults aged 18 or over (or the legal age in your jurisdiction). Betting and gambling are restricted or illegal in some regions — it is your responsibility to ensure you comply with the laws that apply to you.

3. No guarantees

All predictions are statistical estimates. Football is unpredictable; past performance and our published win rates do not guarantee future results. You use any prediction entirely at your own risk and discretion.

4. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service, attempt to scrape or copy our data, or breach these terms.

5. VIP access

VIP is not sold and carries no fee or subscription. It is granted when you register with our partner through our link and fund that account, and it is personal to you — a single member, on the accounts you registered with.

We may withdraw VIP access, and where appropriate suspend the related site account, where a member:

• shares, forwards or publishes the VIP invite link, or gives another person access to the VIP room;
• reproduces, resells, redistributes or republishes our picks, analysis or results, in whole or in part, on any channel or service;
• operates more than one account, or registers under false or incomplete details, to obtain or extend access;
• has the qualifying deposit reversed, charged back, cancelled or found to have been made fraudulently;
• has the partner account closed or restricted, or is found to have breached the partner's own terms;
• accesses the service by automated means — scraping, bots, or unauthorised use of our endpoints — or attempts to circumvent access controls;
• behaves abusively toward our team or other members, or disrupts the VIP room;
• is found not to meet the age or eligibility requirements in sections 2 and 3; or
• otherwise breaches these terms.

Where the breach is minor or appears unintentional we will normally contact you first and give you the chance to put it right. Serious cases — resale of our content, fraudulent deposits, or sharing access — may be actioned immediately and without notice. We may reinstate access at our discretion. As no fee is paid to us for VIP, withdrawal of access does not create any entitlement to a refund from Pundit Kings.

6. Third parties & affiliates

The site may link to third-party bookmakers and services, some via affiliate arrangements. We are not responsible for the content, terms or conduct of those third parties.

7. Intellectual property

The Pundit Kings name, content, predictions, model output and design are our property and may not be copied, scraped or redistributed without permission.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pundit Kings is not liable for any loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its content.
