This Privacy Policy explains how Pundit Kings (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information in connection with our content-publishing tools, including our integration with the TikTok Content Posting API. By using our service or authorizing our application, you agree to this policy.
Pundit Kings is a football (soccer) predictions and commentary brand. We operate a Telegram channel, a website, and social media presences including TikTok (@punditkings). Contact: support@punditkings.com.
When you authorize our application via TikTok Login, we access only the data necessary to publish content to your own authorized account:
We do not collect, store, or sell personal data of TikTok viewers. We do not access your followers, private messages, or viewing history.
Access tokens and account identifiers are used solely to publish our own football content (match results cards, prediction graphics) to our own authorized TikTok account. We do not use them for any other purpose.
Authorization tokens are stored securely on our private server and are never shared with third parties. Tokens are used only by our automated publishing tool.
You may revoke our application’s access at any time from your TikTok account settings (Security & permissions → Manage app permissions). Upon revocation we cease all access. To request deletion of any stored authorization data, email support@punditkings.com.
We use a small number of cookies and similar local-storage technologies on punditkings.com:

Our use of information received from TikTok APIs adheres to the TikTok Developer Terms of Service. We do not transfer TikTok data to any third party. Meta (Facebook) processes advertising-measurement data only when you have consented to marketing cookies, as described above.
