These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pundit Kings content-publishing application and related tools (“Service”), including our integration with the TikTok Content Posting API. By using the Service or authorizing our application, you agree to these Terms.
Pundit Kings provides tools that publish our own football (soccer) content — match results graphics, prediction cards, and related media — to our own authorized TikTok account (@punditkings). The Service is operated for and by Pundit Kings.
The Service publishes content only to TikTok accounts that have explicitly authorized the application via TikTok’s official OAuth flow. We use TikTok APIs strictly in accordance with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and all applicable TikTok policies.
All content published through the Service is original Pundit Kings football media. We do not publish spam, misleading, infringing, or prohibited content, and we comply with TikTok’s Community Guidelines.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pundit Kings is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Football predictions and commentary published via the Service are for entertainment and informational purposes only and do not constitute financial or betting advice.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
